The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is requiring any new tobacco products (Including nicotine e-liquids) to go through its Premarket Tobacco Product Application (PMTA) process by September 9th 2020 before they can be legally marketed and sold to consumers. As a producer of e-liquid products, Humble is required to go through this process to remain on the market. We acknowledge our unique responsibility in bringing high-quality, compliant products to market for our retailers and distributors, as well as our consumers.
